What a delightful experience! The setting beside the river was serene, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Breakfast was a treat, with an extensive a la carte menu. The staff were incredibly attentive, even assisting us with our forgotten cable. Just note, it can get a bit warm without air conditioning. We'll definitely return!

Great service and location!
We had a lovely stay with friendly staff and tasty food. The views from our room were stunning! They took extra care of my kid with toys, which was sweet. Only thing is, the wellness center felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom amenities could use an upgrade. Overall, a solid experience!

It's a decent option for a short-term stay in Karlovy Vary with reasonable value. Martina from the reception was super helpful, really went out of her way to assist. Best to grab a taxi in town instead of using the hotel’s service to save some money.
